I've never had ducks but I have chickens. I want to get ducks that lay lots of eggs. What are some differences between raising chickens and ducks? Will they roost like chickens? Nest box sizes? Anything else about ducks?

If you want to get real egg layers, there are multiple breeds you can get. Anconas and Cambells. I have heard that ducks are easier than chickens and with my experience I think so too. The only breeds whose feet allow them to roost are Muscovy's. They have special feet to curl around branchs. I wouldnt know best box sizes because I let mine build their nests and most ducks are very friendly. Mine came up to you whenever you were working outside and I trained them to come when i called duck-duck-duck-duck so they were nice to work with and very smart.

Runners and Golden 300s are said to be good layers, too.
