It looks like normal bill shedding. Duck bills are almost entirely comprised of keratin which for keratin to grow it has to shed the old cells to make way for new cells.

He’s my handsome boy. His name is Twinkie (so masculine) lol but his nicknames are twinkle, twink, twinkers and of course naughty boy.
