Duck bottom is white

The feather loss around the chest area, is just them filing in feathers, which is normal for their age. The stuff you see around her vent is feces. If you were keeping them inside, and not allowing them to bathe frequently, that would likely have been the cause.

I think you'll find yourself doing many many things you never anticipated. I can't even remember all the ridiculous things I've done to help out my flock over the last nearly 6 years.

Don't freak out when their feathers start turning white when they are about 3 years old. ;-) I actually took mine to the vet. Lol. Apparently it's normal.
