Duck can't stand up, lethargic and not eating.

Female duck can't stand for long and falls over when trying to walk. She is not eating but appears to be drinking. Pooping green but it doesn't look mint green or bright. No coughs or sneezing. No discharge anywhere. I'm stumped as to what to do

Try giving her charcoal. With my ducks if there is no sign of anything I assume they got into something and give them some, it wont harm them and usually it helps.
