Duck can't walk !

A dog attacked one of my ducks 5 days ago. Her left hip and upper leg is swollen and she can't lift the leg ! There doesn't seem to be any break and she can stand on it but not lift it up ! Could it be out of socket ?

I'm a chicken person and don't know much about ducks (although I've had a few), but I have to admit that ducklings are the ultimate in cute. Please post in detail and photos if possible on the emergencies thread. Does she have puncture wounds? Require stitches etc. You can clean up her wounds with a saline solution. Watch that it doesn't get infected. Hope she recovers fast.
