I agree a vet should always be the first go to, even if it's just for advice. Sadly most don't have that option and that's why they come to the BYC.
I agree, vets are always the best choice. If they aren't an option, it's up to us to help them find a solution. In this case, I think the place to start is figuring out if the bird has an obstruction. If the OP can post a video and some pictures I think we can all come up with a plan.

Well we should probably stop blowing up her thread and wait for her to reply. :th
 
Thanks everyone she is much better not doing th gasps at all for whole day. Felt her neck all feels ok to me. Will keep a close eye on her.
