I don't know much about runners, but I'd say Fawn?

All my runners are "mutts," according to the breeder. So, I'm no expert, but I am seeing fawn coloring. And, a bit of what I consider chocolate. @Miss Lydia will likely be more helpful.

One of the many things I like about runners is the variety of colors and patterns. You have some nice-looking birds.

Your Drake is "Apricot Trout" and the hens I would lean towards either "Apricot Dusky" or "Apricot Porcelain"

The drake does not have a blue head nor a blue rump which I thought was the requirements for it to be an apricot trout.

Would you have a resource where I can compare against apricot dusky and porcelain as I have heard or seen of those colours.
