Duck diapers

Does anyone have a pattern for duck diapers? I know you can buy them, but I'm currently not able to do so. Plus my two duckies are still growing, so it would be more cost effective for me to make them myself in various sizes as needed.

I dont have a pattern... But you could watch this link - It is for chickens though- But its goes through the whole process starting with measuring the bird to ensure you get the right size.

I honestly don't think it would work. Ducklings are 100 x more messy than chics mostly due to the large volume of water they consume. If you were not on top of the diaper changes it could get bad for the quacker.

she keeps her ducks inside year round so her ducks wear the diapers every day they are out of their pen. She would be your best bet.

My duckies will be outside eventually, but right now it gets down to 22 at night and the daytime only gets up into the 40's. This El Nino winter keeps us cold out here. So for now they are in the brooder bored out of their mind. They are running circles in it. I thought is will be nice to have them out for 30 minutes and let them have fun in the house without the mess on the floor.
