Duck dilemma (please help)

That is the duck. The ducks spend the night in our creek. It was here when we woke.It wouldn't be ideal, but we could keep a duck if needed.

How are the other ducks reacting to the new duck? Do they seem welcoming or is new duck being picked on? Does new duck hang out within the flock or does she(?) have to stay on the outside?

That does not look like any domestic duck that I know of, sure is pretty though

The duck eats with the others and swims with the others. It follows there lead but is usually swimming behind the other ones.

It really doesn’t look like a domestic duck but could be a mix of wild and domestic. Really hard to say. We see a lot of mixes often where Wild Mallards have mixed with domestic ducks.

Would it be okay to let it stay with the ducks?

If this duck is part of this flock of Mallards I am not sure what would be best for it , are the other ducks on the creek with it over night?

It would probably be very stressed taken away from its flock.
