I thought I read on here that others with chickens that had Vitamin Deficiencies, their birds walked backwards also. When my chicken had the twisted neck, I also tried to rub downwards to help straighten and relax the neck. It did help untwist her neck.

I think I might try the neck thing. He likes being pet on the neck anyway, so that might be good to do.
