Duck Egg Colors...Your Input Needed

My Buff girls have always laid pure white eggs that are round and just slightly larger than a chicken egg. Even the buff runner mixes I have always lay boring white eggs.

I got my first ducks this spring Swedish (black) and when they started laying they were black, now they have lightened to a gray

They are Swedish
