Have 6 ducks eggs that pipped. Most of them over 24hrs now into it. ALL of them have not had any progress since the initial first little crack in the egg, which is alittle bit concerning but i'm trying to be patient and give them a bit longer before thinking something is wrong. Anyway, I have one that pipped over 24 hours ago now and within the last hour or so the big end (non pointy end) had started to turn dark. Not sure what to make of it.? Thoughts??? Do I intervene? Any info/tips appreciated!!
Also, should I intervene for any other reason at all anytime soon? Most have been over 24 hours since initial pip. Just a tiny crack in each and then nothing.

I could not get the camera to focus so well for some reason, but this should definitely give you an idea.

^^ 2 pics of egg with dark spot where air sac is. Just recently turned dark. You can also see where the duckling started to poke through yesterday just to the right of the upside down '24' on the 2nd picture.

^ pic of normal looking egg (though still 24hrs after pip)

Incubator stayed steady at 99.5 degrees f, and humidity pretty consistently 60%-65%.

In the last picture I can see that baby has made the second hit
So there is progress
They can take 24-48 hours to hatch
I know it can be hard to see but usually a baby will hit once then 8-12 hours ( give or take ) they will hit a second time
Then absorb and rest
But it also looks like he is going to the end of the egg and not around

Ahh, kk. So, the last picture is of a different egg than the one with the dark spot (the first 2 pics). I included that one just to show the difference in the 'dark spot' one. I am concerned for all of them, but it sounds like I should just wait it out a bit longer then?
No hatches or major progress yet on ANY of them after 24 hours. Just feels like some would atleast be in further stages of their hatch.??

I would think at least one
If nothing by 36 hours I would take that bator to the bathroom
Run the shower on hot to get the room warm and humid and start to see what’s going on

I’m never able to find the links off my phone but maybe one of these ladies can give the assisting link
Read it over and over again so you know what to look for

Okay, so I finished reading it. It seems like a good idea would be to poke a 'safety hole' in the air sacs on all of them.

So, I candled a few. No real Movement in any of them. Except for 1 that I didn't take out to candle because if it's the only one alive I dont want to mess with it yet. I'm going to be real sad if all or most of these die/are dead.
So, the one I originally posted about I decided to just chip alittle bit off of what the duckling had started. And it looks like this:

Not sure what that means? But it hasn't been moving all day (much like the rest that also pipped). But what does that exposed bit look like?? Should I just open it all the way up to see for sure if it's dead? Should I go ahead and just start safety hole-ing all of them? Open them up?

UPDATES:
- I decided not to make safety holes. Haven't messed with them besides just chipping that little piece off from the darkening egg.
- One duck hatched in the early hours this morning! It was not from either of the eggs previously pictured.
- The rest have not seemed to progress. So, of the 6 that pipped almost 48 hours ago only 1 has made it out.

Should I give them a bit longer? Or should I get in there and start assisting (assuming they are still alive)?

Here's a pic of the one that hatched
