Usually that means not turned but you have been hand turning
The only other reason it will look like that is the baby has passed but you won’t see veins once that happens
Yes a led light will work
My camera was dead set on focusing more on the carpet rather than the egg but this is roughly what it looks like. I've drawn arrows on the second pic to the areas that look like they're still pulsing, but development is way behind what it should be 😕

But I would give it a few more days

Thank you, and to everyone who commented, for your help. I think it was the time it was too close to the lamp that effed it. It got too hot and stuck to the side and was unable to develop.
If I ever attempt hatching again (considering having hens in the future), I will be sure to have a proper incubator so I can't mess up like this again.
 
Don't feel like you messed it up. It's a learning experience and next time you will have had experience. It's always sad when we lose one, happened here just a few weeks ago and the duckling was close to hatching.
