Advice needed! This Little one pipped sometime on Thursday night/Friday morning. He had made no progress at all by this morning so I carefully peeled back some shell and outer membrane and he is now chirping away back in the incubator. They all have large saddle shaped air cells that I think was making things difficult. I've candled the other three and two of them still have lots of movement, however today is day 31 and they havent pipped, could this be due to the saddle shaped air cells? And if so should I create a small hole in the un pipped ones so I can see what's going on? Tia.🦆🦆

Either they aren't ready to pip yet or they are malpositioned (trying to pip upside down). There may have been cold spots in your incubator or one might have been starting to incubate before in was put into the incubator.
You usually can't help if they haven't internally pipped, but if you see the bill in the pointy end of the end when candling you might want to make a safety hole so it can breathe.
