duck egg lockdown?

i definately saw one of mine getting into position. it's amazing what you can see through a duck egg.

You can stop turning them now. Depending on what kind of Turner you use (by hand, trays on end, or laying on their side and rocked like the brinsea 40.)
I've left mine in the Brinsea Turner on accident and everything was fine, but the tray type Turner with the eggs laying on their point could cause injuries.
With chicken eggs, I remove them from the Turner on day 16 out of 21 days.

Day 26 is too late to plan to stop turning them, but it's not like you can go back in time, kwim?

There are really too many factors to evaluate if everything is going to "be okay" all you can do is hope everything turns out okay.
Please see the hatching 101 article as well as the assisted hatching article in @Sally Sunshine's signature. (You can click on her name to take you to her page, if you are on a mobile device, you will need to to to her page then switch to "desktop" mode because you can't see signatures from the mobile site.)

i was just referring to if it would be ok in the sense of potentially lockdown-ing early, should they hatch late. :)

Thank you, subhanalah! This can be confusing, but saying "the beginning of the 25th day" makes it clear.

I'll look at the articles you referenced.

ahh ok. my humidity is in the 45% or lower range. by how much should it be increased when there is internal pipping?
