I want duck eggs!!!

Most people around here wont eat duck eggs. I have a few customers who buy them for baking. I use them in quiche, fried, poached, scrambled, WHATEVER! They are delicious. I like knowing that the animals they came from are happy, healthy and spoiled rotten. Also, I have a mild allergy to chicken eggs but duck eggs don't seem to effect me. The proteins in eggs from various bird species are different. You can be allergic to one and not to others.

Hi Wifezilla!
This has nothing to do with what everyone is talking about - but I wanted to tell you Bungie Duck thinks he is a goose now and is love with Loosey goosey.
Loosey thinks she is a Duck... Life is grand for the odd couple.

Hi there! Good to here he is doing well...even if he is confused! LOL. He always did like sturdy women. His previous girlfriend was a big buff duck.

I want ducks too!! (Picture small backyard in middle of town-a 2 chicken sized lot) It will require moving. But I will what I want-I always do LOLOLOLOLOLOL

I use them in everything (I kinda have to. I get about a bazillion of 'em per day.

) And they scramble just fine with a bit of lemon juice to help yolk and white get acquainted. They're just a little hard to open cleanly for someone as ham-fisted as myself, and yes, the whites are a bit reluctant to emerge from the shells. I will say that they make far better brownies than the regular chicken eggs do.
