Duck eggs at one week with no veins?

Hi!

I've never hatched duck eggs before, and am hoping for some advice from peeps on BYC!

I ordered Khaki Campbell eggs. Ten of the twelve eggs arrived uncracked. I let them rest a few hours to warm to room temperature, then set them in the incubator last week.


I candled two nights ago (day 5), and again tonight (day 7). I can't seem to see any development!

With chicken eggs I'm used to seeing lots of veins by day four or five. How long should it take for these ducks? I can see air sacs and yolks, but nothing else.

Hey! I am trying to hatch duck eggs for the first time. Mine are looking exactly like yours. Did you have any hatch?

Same with me it’s been 8 days since I got my duck eggs from mezter farm and all I see if airsack and yellow yolk in the middle moving
I turn my eggs every day and check on them everyday no development yet
Humidity 55-60 temperature 95-99
