so both of them ducks died. i got some suppose to be born today but all the other ducks was never ready. still hadn't adsorbed there sac. i believe they suppose to be day 30. because my first batch 1 lived and he started cracking at day 30 the ones with goo i cracked on day 31 and they all had died but was alive the day before. and day 29 they have sacs.these ducks are confusing i hope this time they turned out better i started spraying them but they was already have way thru. i would like to learn to get a good % to hatch.

OK you have a forced air right? Check out my site go to www.lwbarnhouse.com I have three methods that I have used in the past and currently. My favorite is Method Two the lazy method. Keep your humidity low until it's close to hatching day. This will avoid sticky babies. Sounds like that is where you may be having an issue, In the winter time, I don't spray but in the summer time, I will so you have to keep that in mind.

well i got the humidity at 60 right now, should i try to knock it down? i've been spraying them. my house stays right at 70. so what does that mean for spraying them?

what day are you on? If it's not three days before hatching, yes get it down if it's three days until hatching day leave it at 60

Bring it down to about 20 or 30, right now my batch I don't have any water in the BATOR.. I'll spray once a day THATS it

so is there anyway to help a gooie duck out? i put a pin hole at the bottom thinking maybe i could suck the goo out with a needle but apparently i was wrong lol i didnt want to kill him and open it up so any tips?
