duck eggs dead?

Ok, I'm sorry. That is what I had thought at first, but I read multiple places to leave them for 24 hours and feed them boiled egg for the first day or two, thats why I checked with you guys.

Edit: When I looked it up, almost every site said to leave them for at least 12-24 hours. They don't need food or water immediately after hatching because of the yolk they absorbed before hatching, which sustains them for a few days. Why would I need to feed them immediately, just for clarification?

This is the only chick starter I can find. It’s medicated, and idk the difference or if it’s ok for the ducklings if they hatch

I might be able to find some at a feed store, but I know it’s really expensive at the one near me, tho I can check again.

No there is one kind of close to me, it’s where I get pig feed but last I checked the poultry starter is pretty pricey. However, I will call and see, because their prices are always changing. Besides, I’d rather get the right stuff, even if I have to pay more :p.
