Hello just wondering how long generally is the time between internal to external pipping? I know it's longer than chickens. I'm so impatient so I'd like to not worry they are running out of air in there. They are buff Orpington duck eggs and we are on day 27. Lots of movement and most have internally pipped since last night. Its currently next day afternoon.

I live in Australia too! Hopefully today they pip!
I hope so too. I'll feel more comfortable knowing they are breathing proper air. I checked our broody who I also gave a couple too. Quickly lifted her feathers to check and no progress there either. Lucky she is still sweet when broody, unlike my other hens that will peck your hand off. (pic from other day)

Another pipped wrong end. I noticed that one had smaller aircell than rest. Hopefully it will be OK.
