So I have acquired some duck eggs after the duck nest was ravished, 3 eggs were eaten, and I took the other 4 home in hopes to give them another chance! I've never done anything like this and I also don't have an incubator so I have them in a tote with towels, heating pad on lowest setting and a dish of water with sponge. The problem is I have no idea how old they are or even if they are alive. I'll attach pictures and if someone could let me know what they think I'd be very grateful!

Are you seeing any movement? If not, I believe they are dead. The size of the air cell and the size of the duckling (dark part) would seem to indicate they were a around a week from hatching.
Those are close to hatching
Day 20-24 would be my guess
Just keep watching them for shadowing along the air cell
Eggs may rock around and the air cell will jump forward quickly

Okay! I'd like to believe they're alive but haven't seen movement or anything and I've had them for 2 days now. I will wait and see what's to come!

When those are gone then babies have passed

No, they all just look dark inside except where the aircell is at.
Don't they get to a maturation point before hatch where they become opaque?

They're pretty dirty so I can't tell for sure, can I wash them off with warm water so I can tell better?
