O didn’t make it.... I have no idea what’s happening. Is it because of the humidity? It’s been high the whole time except when I candle or take one out. So upset about O

Maybe it's stuck with some membrane or sticky stuff. Take a nice warm paper towel (take him out and close the lid so no humidity escapes) and rub his neck with it. See if there's any membrane or too stuff on there. I had something similar happen once and that helped

So it’s not a membrane. It’s like the way it developed or something. He can’t look straight at all. I don’t think it’s broken but it’s almost like he needs to cast to straighten it out. Let me know how I can show you the video

Let me know if you can see this. Also.. it’s completely bent at the base of the neck. Anyone have a deformity duck before? Super alive and well but... deformed

Oh no. I have one that was born deformed, missing an eye and a crooked beak. I gave it a day once in brooder to see if it ate and drank and although his vision is impaired and he has a bad day once in a blue moon, he is a healthy 6 month old now. Something like that though could be causing pain unless it’s just kinked... I’ve read about neck kinks and pulls/strains in older ducks. I think they recommend a warm compress and massage but it might be that it just developed that way therefore it could be painful to mess with it...
