Blue Swedes and Pekins both lay eggs very frequently (not quite daily, but close) during the breeding season, and Blue Swedish and Mallards lay daily when they're about to go broody. Mallards lay sporadically if they're not about to go broody.

Will they stay on the eggs to hatch if I don’t pick them up?

Mallards usually will. Blue Swedish often will. Pekins almost never will, and, of course, it varies by individuals within the breed. No idea about Khakis.

Do you want ducklings? If so, I'd put down some golf balls for them to sit on, just in case, (because leaving eggs around attracts rodents, and leaving eggs around for a very long time leads to rotten eggs) and date the eggs with a pencil every day you gather them. Put the nicest ones in a cool, fairly dry place (I like a basket in the basement) without washing them. If a duck begins to set, replace golf balls with eggs at night.

If you don't want ducklings, gather the eggs everyday. Hopefully, that will discourage them. I'm not sure a broody-breaker cage will work with ducks, but the duck people might know.
