I'm probably going to get in serious trouble for telling this story but sometimes you just have have to and take your "lumps later"

Since duck eggs are so rich some people have trouble eating them like regular chicken eggs. When Sharon and I were dating one morning I made her some over easy Muscovy duck eggs for breakfast, she had never had them before. After breakfast we went down to the water front for a walk and she said she felt "kind of queezy". On the way home we were stopped at a stop light in the old historic section of Washington, NC and she said I needed to pull over. Being at a stop light I couldn't go anywhere so she proceeded to "decorate" the street with breakfast.

. I was never sooooo happy to see a light turn green.

Yes, yes, yes duck eggs are great to eat!! We have a farm egg business and most of eggs are pre-ordered so we decided to try our duck eggs ourselves. They are great any way you would use chicken eggs.
