Thank you!!! Will begin tomorrowI am unsure what is going on with tge duck's eye in the photo. If that was my duck I would start doing saline washes twice a day and see what happens. You can make saline solution dissolving 1 tablespoon table salt in 1 cup of previously boiled and cooled water. Use cotton wool balls or squares of clean old cotton cloth (eg an old tee shirt cut into 2 inch squares). Dip the ball or square into the saline solution and wipe one eye once from one side to the other, then discard the cotton ball or cloth. Then take another ball/square, dip in saline and wipe the eye again. Do this 2 or three times. Turn the duck round and treat the other eye. I find it easiest to wrap the duck in a big old towel so that just the head and a little neck is sticking out. Hold the duck against your body with one arm. And use your free hand for wiping the eye.
Let us know how you get on and if the white goes away or something else develops
I've concluded it's feathers. I didn't expect her to change so young, she's two!Well to me that just looks normal , it’s her coloring . I do have Ducks that have similar white around eyes, but I could be wrong so do what Ruth said
