Duck Feet

How much notice do you take of your ducks feet?? We all talk about plumage colour- but what about those gorgeous webbed feet !!!

These are the feet of a little one that hatched over the weekend. If ever there was a chance that I may develop a foot fetish. It would be over these little flappers.

I adore the coloured toes and rim of the webbing.

Anyone else have any photos of their ducks feet??? ( other than when they are posted here with bumblefoot. )

i have arunner just hatched and he has baby fuss on the side of his legs. is this normal ? i only have one like this never seen it before. will have to take pics. it reminds me of cochin chicks only not as much.

They really are very cute feet. The tiny white nails in contrast to the black is nice too. All my black footed ducks have had black claws. It must be because they are multi colored feet that that particular little one has white. But I have to ask. What does the rest of the baby look like?

My little Magpie duck that didnt make it...well his middle toe on each foot was black and the rest of his feet were orange.

Awww, I like his little feet. I often look at duck's feet because some feet have character.

I fondly recall the sound of little duck feet running up and down the hall on the hardwood floors. sigh.

Even big duck feet sound cute running across the bare floor.
