My boys do that a lot near water, no eggs yet, then again I only have four drakes.

I dunno.
All my ducks do this to me when I come in with their bucket of feed.
Heads bobbin ready to eat.
I figure they just happy to see me with their food.

No. It means that your drake has matured and is ready to mate. Eggs will come only when the hens are ready.

Awe, I love the head bobbing dance, it will increase as spring comes and soon your whole flock will be head bobbing and make cute chattering noises! It's definitely a flirty little dance they do.

Because if my all my ducks are flirting with me, I'm kind of creeped out a bit lol.
