Duck gender

I have two pekin ducks. One I think for sure is female but I am having a hard time telling if the other is a drake or not.

If on what's a curled tail it is most likely a male, usually only the males have the curled tails.

The curled feather is not evident for a while after adult feathering. I don't see the video. The video would be for sound. Hens quacking and drakes rasping.
