Duck has bumblefoot and is panting.

Hi guys! My my duck has bumblefoot and I have been treating it with iodine, Epsom salt, and some poultry wound care spray. He's been doing good but is panting. Could that have anything to do with him having bumblefoot? Thanks!
Pain can cause panting.

Do you have anything wrapped up? Is he panting while he’s on the ground or just while you are handling him? What are your temps like?
Yes his foot is wraped up in guaze pads. Are temps were almost 90 today. We have a fan on him, but is not helping. Is there any way I can help him? He pants mainly when he is just sitting down. He can still walk just not as well...I guess cuz of the bumble foot. Also will the scap fall off or just go away?

I would say it’s the extra heat getting trapped in by the wrap. As well as the heat outside. And not related to the infection on his foot. If they pant it’s because they are hot or have trouble breathing. If the infection was taking over, he would be very lethargic or shivering to get his temperature up so it will kill whatever is infecting him. But that doesn’t sound like that’s what you are describing. So that’s good!

YAY!!!!! He is doing good. The infection is not that bad...will it fall off or just go away? Also what I am treating him...does that sound good?(iodine, poultry wound spray, and Epsom salt).

Anybody know any of my questions above. I have never done this before so I am kinda freaking out! Here is a pic of what it looked like 2 days ago. Do I need to get the infection out or just treat?
