As before, patience will be key. It's probably going to take longer than a couple days to start seeing an improvement, if it is indeed an infection. Bone and joint infections require a long duration of treatment. Sounds like you've had several weeks already of various antibiotics. May be time to start thinking of other causes. Does the swelling feel hard and solid, or squishy and movable? Hard could mean a tumor.

Ok soo, I stopped the layer pellets, fixed him some lettuce, bluberries,, and crushed corn. He picks the lettuce out, lol but tore up other. I also mixed some apple cider vinegar in his water. I read that is good for gout in chickens and ducks. Hmm let's see

You guys have been soo helpful, I guess its my fault. I didn't know what bumblefoot was and it just went downhill from there. I probably could have fixed this earlier on.

Don't be too hard on yourself, I hink we've all made mistakes and it might not be gout, but changing his diet will be better for him, so no reason not to do that.
