Yes but Ancona is a breed of both duck and chicken.

The Anconas will be raised up and then I'll select some to use for breeding.

Bobs will be raised up for breeding.

The buttons I already have my breeding stock so they will be sold.

Yup due sat/sun. Another one quit though I think so down to two.

I'm sorry to hear that. I'm dying to candle mine and see how they are doing. But I'm forcing myself to wait till day 14 before I candle again.

How far along are they? You can't hurt them candling. If they are at least 7 days candle again just don't toss any until 14 days. I use that rule of thumb because 14 is halfway and you can safely determine if an egg hasn't started

They all started. I candled at 7 days and all 3 had veins and an embryo "spot". Saturday will be 14 days. I'm just so afraid I'll mishandle them or something and kill the babies.
