Duck Hatching

You need to keep the ducklings warm and wait if they make it out of their shells by themselfes. The head is out, they won't suffocate, they look like they still need to absorb the yolk. Let's call in some help from @Pyxis, the Hatchi Wan Kenobi…
 
Did they shove themselves out of the membrane and shells like that? Be careful; if there are any active membranes they can bleed if they're ruptured.

Being that they're so far out of the shell and might still have yolk to absorb, I would prop them up in cups to keep them from being able to pull away from the shell before the yolks are finished absorbing. You don't want them to accidentally rupture their yolk sacs.
 
We have lost all babies. Had those two hatch and then pass. Had one start to hatch yesterday morning and died last night. And the other one died in shell unhached.
