Duck ID please

I have this male that I am trying to identify breed. When he molts he does not have the stripes on his face like a Rouen or mallard. He also does not have blue on his wings. He is small in size compared to the Rouen that we do have.

I'm thinking maybe a Welsh Harlequin?

I think he is a Dark Campbell. They are like a Khaki Campbell but without the brown alleles. The dusky gene prevents the facial stripes and darkens the speculums (wing patches).

These drakes are Dutch Hookbills but the two in the back are dusky without brown like a dark Campbell.
