Then I guess it's not just a little tuft of baby feathers - will be interesting to see how it develops. I'm guessing the one closest to the camera with darker head & neck is a drake. But, have to admit I know nothing about ducks except they are wildly entertaining.

I'm a chicken person and don't know a lot about ducks, but I did have some Crested Blue Swedish at one time which I got from Ideal Poultry (you can see them at http://www.idealpoultry.com/item.html), and your ducks certainly look like non-crested Blue Swedish.
