Duck incubation random purple spot on egg!!!!

Hey BYC! I need help! I am very worried about my duckling! The egg has a purple spot that it didn’t have yesterday. It is the 25th day of incubation. What do I do!!!?

It could be rotten or it could be a bruise.

My temp should be right but what should it be at just to be sure?

Trying to pip through the pointy end, I'd give it a safety hole where the bruise is or it could die.

Yes. Temps should be around 99.7'F

I just set it to that temp! It was a little bit higher but thank you for letting me know!
