Duck leg/foot pain relief options?

I found someone that will take India and Stormy (Mallard - I, Cayuga - S). Hoping to hear back about when they'll take them. I can only get them when they're up at night, so it'd be wonderful if they can take them at sunrise tomorrow morning.

I posted on the aspirin or ibuprofen thread, hoping to find out which drug would be best, but it's so late. I believe I'll just go ahead and make the choice so she can get medicated

I have liquid aspirin for livestock I give it via during orally.

That’s awesome you found them a home. If you have a dog crate keep them in that till they come for them

I ended up giving her ibuprofen. I also had to fix a cage for her in the duck house. It's no wonder she's unwell, the boys are awful and it's even worse now that she can't get away from them! The cage solved that and kept everyone safe from predators and Honey safe from the drakes.

When my duck had a swollen and hurt leg, I would use Epsom salt wraps on him. Wet a napkin or paper towel piece and put Epsom salt on it. Then wrap it on the leg with vet wrap. It will ease the pain throughout the day...much longer than just a soak. Then take it off at night. is she eating?
