You can also feed two or three times a week Koi fish pellets as a treat/supplement for Ducks. Has all the proper vitamins to keep Ducks healthy. Drop them in a bowl of water and they gobble them up.

It does work !

Duck is definitely reluctant to move - I would always start with Niacin but I would also be checking for a slipped tendon as well.

Vitamin Supplementation, specifically B3(niacin) is not going to hurt, will likely help but since you said it was an overnight occurrence I highly doubt that is the sole cause of the problem. I would be more inclined to think a sprain of some sort. Just keep her in an area that's going to limit her mobility, so she doesn't further injure anything, provide soft bedding, administer some b vitamins, and do some water therapy and let us know if she improves.
