Duck not moving leg

I have a 7week old Pekin that is not walking and not using its leg to swim. I checked its foot and there is no visible sign of infection or bring broken. He doesn't even use it to swim. Any suggestions?

How long has this been going on? What are you feeding including treats and supplements? Got any more friends with him?

We have 4 total, treats include meal worms, and quack snacks. We have been on a 20% protein chick food (non-medicaded) with a poultry booster Nissan supplement. This just started about two days ago. Limping then not even getting around.

Does the leg feel warm, any sign of bumblefoot, could you get us a video of him walking?

Yes on comparison to the other it does feel warmer

It looks like it may be a deficiency in the vitamin B3, can you pick her up some Cattle B Complex Durvet Brand, this is what it looks like. TSC has it.
