Duck not wanting to be a mother?

What could be happening is as the Ducklings are hatch the other two could be killing them because they are not Broody..Separate hatching area is needed. I have three Hens ready to hatch soon and separated pens.
Should I allow both sisters with the nest or just the one who is mainly sitting on the nest

That could very well be the problem. I'd def get the 2 not broody out and let the one hatching have her own space then at least if something else happens you'll know it's your broody and you can take away the rest of the eggs.
