Does anybody know why a Peking duck would be breathing though it's mouth like it is panting? Is there something wrong or a natural thing for them?

I have seen other post about their Pekins doing this, as long as you have them with ways to stay cool and hydrated maybe it's just the heat. Pekins -heavy, Runners -light might be the difference. At the moment he is inside. We also have an Indian runner who is fine. They are both going on 3 months old. They get plenty of water during the day to rinse their nostrils out. We have a kiddie pool in their coop that they spend half the day. He seems happy. It is in the upper 70's currently.
