Duck Penis Out

Hello. My ducks penis is out and red. Looks like one of the ducks may have bit it. Not sure if that what happened but it's bloody and looks like it's shriveled up dry. Not sure what to do. It went back in after a hot bath and neosporin. Any ideas on what this could be and what I can do?
