Here is my question...
Would it be safe for my duck Graham Quacker to sit on her eggs,or should I incubate them?

She has just gone broody yesterday.
She hasn’t came off her eggs since last night.
I have two drakes and is she actually trying to hatch them or is she just stressed out?
Please help, and if you do thanks so so so much!

You tell us? Is she being chased and over mated then she maybe hiding out but if she is sitting on a clutch of eggs she my very well be broody. Hopefully if she is serious she’ll hatch out some females because two drakes against 1 females isn’t good.

I don’t have an incubator yet I’m looking into getting one. Yes she is sitting on some eggs. I don’t know how many. Every time I try to look she screams at me and I’m afraid she will stop sitting on them if I bother her to much. My drakes don’t chase her or over mate with her. Only one of them mates with her. Will she get up and leave if I look?

How old is she?

They usually exit the nest at least once a day. Mine usually do a few minutes before dusk, just for a quick bite of food, and a good nasty poop! lol That's when I try to check eggs. Remove clear or dead ones, mark the good ones.

If she sleeps on the eggs all night, she is more than likely broody. If you want more ducklings, then let her keep them. :)

Graham is almost a year. My neighbor gave her and the drakes to us.
