Duck Toe Swollen

I have a Year old Cayuga,that stays in the house.The other morning I noticed he was laying down more & limping when he walked.I noticed on his right foot his inner toe is swollen and feels alittle warm.The bottom of his foot looks fine.I’m thinking maybe he got his nail caught on something? Any Advice is much appreciated.He does hold his leg up & is having trouble getting around the house & feels hard.

I'd say leave it alone, but it is affecting his mobility. Have you tried putting ice on it?

You can also do some soaking in Epsom salt water just don't let him drink it it's also a laxative. If there isn't a puncture or opening probably not bumble foot.
