Duck was attacked

I have had guinea fowl injuries from wire and possibly sharp cut feathers(?). Nevertheless, I use krazy glue. They do make a brand for human cuts but the name escapes me (bought some at Lowe’s). Important to clean the wound with H2O2 and blot dry. Then use the glue. Hold the bird until dry and insure the skin pinched together and glued has bonded to both sides.
I have more personal experiences using this method on myself over the years. I have a job and hobbies that sometimes require field medical attention. Besides, I’m not paying a Doctor $1000.00 to do something I have the ability to do myself. No bones or guts sticking out and I deal with it myself, birds or my own skin.

Another update...what we thought was to be our highest production layer (the previously injured Khaki Campbell) has now completely changed colors, and is a boy. Green head, blue on the wings, even the curled tail feather. I guess "he" is fully healed now, because he seems to be enjoying his "encounters" in their pool with the now obviously female Pekin. Thanks everyone for all the advice throughout this ordeal.
