So y'all might laugh at me and say "duh" Andrea but I just had to share my duck house waterer solution (if you're so inclined to keep food/water in your duck house).

I bought a plastic water heater pan at the hardware store, popped in a plastic round water grate inside and I finally have a drip catch solution that doesn't require sharp hardware cloth or another grate that only kinda fits. Will drop the link to the round grate below but I'm just so tickled cuz there was nothing that would fit the round standard waterer that I had other than the water pan.

And yes, you are seeing that right. My ladies spend their evenings in a pack n' play lined with painters plastic in my garage. I can unzip to let them in and out, can easily hose down the plastic for the full pen weekly douche and just open the flap, sit on the floor and have my duck cuddles at all hours since they are safe in my garage.

Ohhhhh and I got 2 day-old cayuga ladies coming next week. Get ready for duckling pics.
