duck wheezing and sneezing

it does seem a little hazardous for ducklings perhaps, but I'm used to being overly cautious with my girls!
Its a big space so Im sure it doesnt get too bad in there too quickly, I would definitely still be doing spot cleans though- that is, just removing the soiled soggy straw/shavings, before putting fresh down.
i will make sure to clean up before adding then :] thanks

ok update i think they got better now because i heard less wheezing for a few days now and they don't show any other symptoms but i have a few questions

1. they are 5 weeks old now, can they be outside without me supervising them? of course without water in the pool because some of them can stay too long and get very wet :/

2. we bought more food, asked for duck food got chicken food, do i need to order nutritional yeast or is there something easier to get?

I(f you have a store like whole foods close they probably sell Nutritional yeast bulk. Most groceries carry it but it's small size. I have to order from eBay since I buy 10lbs at a time.
Is your yard fenced so you don't have to worry about a predator walking in and grabbing one? If not how do you expect to keep them home? I read a lot about member's ducks just walking off going to neighbor's homes finding a pond or creek and off they go. etc. If you haven't a secure area for them I would supervise their outside time.

it's fenced, they are too big to fit into any holes, but the neighbour's cat is small enough to go through the fencing, are they big enough to not get eaten by the cat??

ok one more question is all nutritional yeast the same? i can only find human nutritional yeast, when i google yeast for animals i find brewer's yeast
