Duck Wheezing

My 1 month old Pekin duckling is wheezing. He always has a deep bowl fresh water and food and he spends days outside with my other duck and my chickens. I’m starting the ducks onto adult food today (mixing it with the baby food to start). He doesn’t wheeze all the time, I mostly notice it when I cuddle him. Anyone have a clue why?

When picking him up it maybe you just pushing everything together inside him. Not enough to injure of course but Pekins being heavy weights tend to breathe different than other breeds anyway. Just make sure this is the b only time you hear it.
