I was wondering how available feed is where you are. Sometimes you just do the best you can. Can you buy wheat? To mix with what your feeding? Can you buy human vitamins over the counter? Like BComplex tablets you can crush and add to their feed or water.

Here are some other things you can feed them just make sure you mix so it's as balanced as possible,
Corn 30%
Wheat 30%
peas 20%
oats 10%
10%fishmeal [not sure if you can get this unless you ordered it] I would have to.
free choice kelp.

Hopefully you can put together a more balanced feed from this list and that will help keep your ducks healthier.
As for the legs. I'd get him on something that will help bring down the inflammation like Meloxicam if you can get it. B Complex in tablets crushed an added to his food or liquid both of these can be human grade, Both will help with leg muscle health. Warm water swims to help keep the muscle exercised.
