Is she eating well? If so I would give B complex in water using B3 as the dosage guide, 100 to 150 mg per gallon of water.

Coconut oil. She eats as often as the other chick. Does that help with growth and feathering, or her eye?

Ok, thanks! So I should put the ND in her water instead of giving it straight? I've been using electrolytes and probiotics. She eats about as often as the other chick does, but she doesn't really seem interested in extra stuff if I put it in there. Do you think she has a blind eye?

That is what I'd do should give amounts on the side of the bottle to add to drinking water. maybe switch every other day using ND one day electrolytes the next. From the pics the eye doesn't look as open as the other but it doesn't look cloudy try putting you finger as close to the eye[ like pointing ]and see if she has any reaction to it.

Thalia is doing really well, she fluttered up to the top of the brooder today for the first time! She was trying to follow her chick sister, who was on the floor. She was peeping so loud I thought she was hurt or something, but she just wanted to be with her sister. They are best friends, and do everything together. Her sister preens her, and is very protective when Thalia peeps loudly, especially when I was giving her the nutri drench. She was all up in my business. She acts like a mother hen!

I put Flapper in with the others today, the week is up. He still limps, but not as bad. I'm going to go ahead and finish the rest of the Carprofin. Igor started picking on him again, but after a few times of pushing him away, he snapped out of it. Ruffles - the other drake, was actually trying to protect him I think. He follows him everywhere and lays next to him. He was very happy to be with his buddies, and started eating right away. I now have the chicks, and ducklings in the crate. I'm keeping Thalia and her sister in the brooder for a little longer. Got my first chicken egg today! And it's pink! The hen with the pink feet layed it! Also, about 6 or 7 of my ducks are laying, and I got 3 gigantic ones over the course of a couple of days. We just cracked those 3 open today, and all 3 were double yokers!!!!!!!!!!! I'll share the pics soon.

When I went out to feed the ducks yesterday when is was pouring out and I had no shoes on, I stepped on something that was in a puddle, but I didn't think much of it. I saw later that is was bleeding, so I just washed my feet off, and again, didn't think much of it. This morning I woke up with a REALLY sore foot, but once again, I didn't think much of it and continued with my usuall routine, of going out to care for the flock - barefoot. Later, I looked at my foot, because it was getting really sore, and I noticed it was infected. I cleaned it off really good, and showed my mom. She freaked out because I had red streaking climbing up my leg, coming from the puncture. We went to urgent care, and they gave me a tetanus shot, and prescribed antibiotics. I know, I'm horrible going barefoot outside, and I admit - it's stupid. :-/ It's kinda like bumble foot!

When we got home today at 9:00, I went to put the birds up for the night, and saw the run wide open, and all of them were in the coop with the door wide open. I'm really surprised nothing got them, it was an open invitation for predators, especially at that time of night. They must of been scared, and pushed it open. I usually put them up at 8:00.

Wow! It's great to see that everyone is doing a lot better. I hope your foot gets better and is ok. To be honest I only just started wearing shoes when going out to lock the ducks up and stuff and that's only because my drake bites feet and I had bruises all over my feet from him. 8:00! Wow you are generous, my ducks only get till 7:00

I know it's risky to run around the duck yard barefoot, but I wouldn't say horrible or stupid. Keep up with that injury, now, sounds like you've used up all the margin you have with that....
