Duck with Bumblefoot (Warning Viewer Discretion Is Advised)

Here's my run. I designed it, picked out the supplies, bought it with my own money, and me and my mum built it in a few days. We've never built something so big before. There was minimal cuts, and I designed it so that it can be taken down if need be. Grandpa built the main coop part with some help from us a few months back. We added the perches, shelves, nest boxes and cages for the rabbits.

That's really impressive! It looks great. You've got some spoiled chickies and ducks

Thanks. :)
Yeah, they are spoiled lol.

I'm using a solar light from the dollar tree for lighting in my coop at night. I charge it up in the sun during the day, then put it in the coop at night. They get really scared without a light, and the chickens fly into the walls when they try to get to their perches because they can't see anything. It's just enough lighting for them. No fires, no heat, no electricity and it lasts forever as long as the sun still shines. :)

That's fantastic. A very Eco and barn friendly way to give them some light.

That's good. I'm glad she's doing better. Duke is walking a little better too. He hurt his foot about a week ago, and is healing faster than Flapper did. :)

Well that's great to hear!
And on top of that she went broody today so now Lily and Martha are sharing one huge nest. YIKES

No way! Two of my duckies are broody and sitting in the same nest box too!!! They started doing that just a few days ago. :barnie Goldie and Diamond really want to be mommys! :lau It's so funny how you and I, or our duckies mirror each other with a lot of things! Wouldn't you agree?

Wow! You're right, they do seem to do that a lot! Hopefully we'll both have some good hatches. Or are you not going to let them hatch anything?

Yeah, I will probably hatch some in a few weeks. But since the ducks aren't as consistent as the chickens, I'll just put some under one of my hens. You're hatching some too? That's awesome! How many? How'd you convince your parents? I'm still working on that.
